Pros and cons of running a Business from Home
Running a Business from Home was my only option. When I started Bear Essentials 25 years ago my first goal was to work as many hours in the business as long it was keeping my family happy. With 4 kids between 3 and 8 I was trying to juggle it all. There were days the business did not get any attention at all. But never mind, I was still able to work on new Teddy Bear designs or on new business ideas in the evenings. I know a lot of people would choose never to work from home. The experience to have to work from home during covid made people appreciate there colleges or work maids even more. But for myself it was ideal. Involving the kids in a lot of things, they learned so much in there early years. Whether it had to do with creativity, dealing with customers or using computer skills, I believe it was very beneficial. If this can help anyone to make a decision weather to work from home or not, may be these thoughts can help you.
