Anke,
Thank you for taking a look at my email. My daughter Anna has never spent a night without “Crumble” since she got him. We appreciate you looking at him and look forward to seeing what you can do.
His face is the biggest problem. It is in holes, his nose is unravelling and his stitched mouth came off.
Anna would like as few physical changes as possible, but is there anything that can be done about his fur?
We expect a few restless nights and would appreciate if you would contact me before you send Crumble back in the post as my husband may collect him if he is that way for work.
Could you please let me know when Crumble arrives safely?
