Steiff Black Replica 1912

Steiff Black Replica 1912, the year of the sinking of the Titanic. That time Steiff designed a black bear with red eyes to show the morning of the people. The original Steiff 1912 Titanic bear, to commemorate the Titanic disaster, has sold for a staggering over 25000 Euro.

This year Steiff reintroduced this bear as part of their Teddies for Tomorrow collection of environmentally conscious Teddy Bears. This bear is made from a linen plush material and is stuffed with corn fiber. His paws are made from a plant fiber. What an amazing bear to call your own with a long lasting history.
