He is made from red Mohair with a black tip. He has 6 joints - one for his neck as well.

He can sit or stand up. He is wrapped up for a cold day with his customised hat (ears sticking out ) and a matching scarf. 

Noel is 20 cm in size, so he is a large miniature bear.
