Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By using this site you are signifying that you are in agreement with our terms and conditions. Bear Essentials reserves the right to modify, change or update these terms at any time. We ask that you refrain from using this site if you do not agree with the terms and conditions outlined below.
Retail
To offer our customers the most reasonable postage rate all items within Ireland & Northern Ireland are send via Fastway courier unless it is a very small item than it will be send by An Post.
Packages to the UK are send from post office in Northern Ireland. We will send you the track and trace code so you can follow your bears journey.
Customers using this site will receive the goods as ordered and authorised by email. We aim to dispatch the requested goods within 3 days of receiving order confirmation. If for whatever reason goods cannot be dispatched you will be contacted. Commissioned or special customised bears can take up to 4 weeks depending on availability of materials.
We accept returns for products that have been dispatched wrongly or in the extremely rare situation that have faults. In these events an e-mail must be sent from the purchaser to anke@bearessentials.ie stating the reason for return prior to the request being granted. If for any other reason you are dissatisfied with your bear, we will give a full refund (less postal and packaging and card transaction charges).
The Product has to be returned within 2 days of arrival and has to be in perfect condition by the time it arrives back with us. Postage costs on returned items are the customer’s responsibility. We will not be liable for any losses made due to the postal system losing the package on its return. We recommend you use recorded delivery to send returns back to us. Because everything has to be manually typed into the website pricing mistakes can happen. We try our best to make sure all prices are correct but we will not honor and are not legally obliged to honor mistakenly priced items.
Payment Options
Online we accept Laser, Master Card, Visa through PayPal. If you prefer you can ring us with your Credit Card details. You can also pay by cheque or bank draft. You can go through the site and add the products to the shopping cart and when you are finished shopping click on check out, fill out the form until you get to payment options. Here select your payment option, cheque or bank draft and print out your order and send it to us with your payment. We will dispatch your order when your payment has cleared. We will email you to notify you that we have received your payment and on dispatch of your item.
Wholesale
We accept wholesale interest in our products from businesses that wish to sell Bear Essentials Teddy Bears to their customers. Who We Are
Bear Essentials is a craft business in Ireland. Our mission is to deliver our quality hand made bears to our customers direct via the Internet. We aim to offer a fast and efficient service and ensure that our bears are of a very high quality. Bear Essentials Ireland is involved in rural tourism and provides hands-on workshops, presentations & demonstrations to families, schools, tour groups and special needs groups in the Silver Bear Centre at our premises.
